Laura Mercier ‘Translucent Loose Setting Powder’ Review

I didn’t understand the hype of this product and I honestly wasn’t too interested in trying it out.

However out of no where I decided that I want to try it.

But I wasn’t so sure how I would feel about it so I decided to buy a small version to try it out.

When I first tried it I instantly fell in love with it and realized that it was worth the hype.IMG_9229

However, of course, if you have read any reviews you would know that there is problems with the general packaging. I am not the only one.

A tip for using this product is that you should tip some of the product into the lid and then use it from there. Otherwise you wouldn’t be able to use any of the product and would just get extremely frustrated.IMG_9230

What I really love about this product is that it really smooths out my skin.

It definitely gives you a poreless look.

I just love this product so much. I have used quite a few translucent powders and I love this one the most out of it all, even more than the Marc Jacobs one which I haven’t even touched since I bought the Laura Mercier powder.IMG_9231

The powder is slightly tan looking and isn’t necessarily white which definitely helps with the poreless look. I think the small amount of color definitely helps your skin looking beautiful which is probably why I’ve been preferring this translucent powder more than the Marc Jacobs which is a white pressed powder.

If Laura Mercier is reading this, PLEASE CHANGE THE PACKAGING! I don’t know what else I could say about this product aside from that.

Don’t forget to SM:)LE today!
